Our bespoke software, Project MNGR effectively schedules all work in our studios and prevents project overlap or double booking of a resource. We have recently launched a new feature within SiteMan which offers easy to use customer relationship management features for managing any contacts generated by your website. The information is easily accessed and updated by your employees and integrates with all major CRM applications.

New visitors to your site are tracked along with advanced intelligence features which can be added to suit your business. Alerts, response tracking and report generation are all standard features whilst all of the data can be exported to and accessed by our mailing solution MailMan.

Google analytics

We implement Google analytics on all of our websites as standard. The website will collect all the data on each page via Google Analytics. This enables you to view all activity yourself and produce the reports in a very simple way from an intuitive user interface on the internet.

If you already possess an analytics account, the existing code can be utilised. Alternatively, a new account can be setup, with perhaps new goals and relating to the new layout and page content of the new site.

Dunwoody are a partner of Rackspace and all sites are hosted on a Linux platform giving 99.97% uptime. Linux and Apache are the industry standard hosting combination for their security and stability running complex web applications.

RackSpace was named as the winner of the editor's choice for "Which Host?" in Linux Format Magazine for its high levels of service and security. Daily backup and monthly offsite backup provides peace of mind, along with the knowledge that there is 24-hour support.

Extra backup and server swap-out options are available, although as standard the servers are fully monitored 24x7 and offer load balancing as standard.
